European art power house Haunch Of Venison is slated to open its first US space in New York. It's inaugural show -- Abstract Expressionism - A World Elsewhere -- opens 09.12.08 and runs through 11.21.08.

"The addition of Haunch of Venison New York will bring new and vital dimensions to the gallery's current exhibition program as well as a reenergized international gallery presence. The space, an intelligent, cutting-edge design by Steven Learner Studios, has 17,000 square feet of gallery space on two floors, marking Haunch of Venison's first major entry into the US market."
