Vans Sk8-HI LX in White Leather

You remember how crazy I was about my white on white Vans SK8-HI sneakers last spring? They were canvas and cost $50 and looked so hot with everything. Needless to say, they got trashed. Winter rolled around and white sneakers weren't really practical, so I got some low top black classic Vans, which are cool, but not quite the same as the SK8-HI's, I have to admit.

I was thinking about maybe stopping by Classic Kicks to get myself another pair this weekend, when I stumbled on this really sick pair of Sk8 Hi LX's in white and chalk (kind of a light off white), but instead of all canvas, they're canvas combined with soft calf skin leather.

Vans Skate Hi LX in butter soft calfskin leather In a white and chalk colourway with white outsole, stitching and laces.

The Vans classic hi-top shoe with a calfskin leather upper, a padded collar for comfort, sidestripe and the Vans classic waffle sole. It was designed in '78 to be the toughest skate shoe available, the original canvas and leather combination meant the SK8-Hi was very strong and very light.

Get yourself a pair now at oki-ni.
