1. Fashion week's just around the corner and you know what that means: party, party, party. If you want to party and shop, stop by Oak on Bond Street for the Oak Bondage Shop. "Oak has invited some of our favorite designers to produce limited edition designs exploring the theme of bondage. It will all be available for sale exclusively at our Bond Street location and online from september 8th until september 11th and since you know how we love a party keep monday night open." Designers included: Carlos Campos, Obesity And Speed, Corpus, Harmon, Jason Nevikov, Public School, and a bunch more people you've probably never heard of! Unless you know lots that I don't. 2. Now that Burritoville in the East Village is closed (I'm sure it will be a Jamba Juice or Chipotle very soon), I've had to scour for another hole-in-the-wall, oldschool local spot to get burritos and I found it: Puebla Mexican Food & Coffee Shop, which I've been past a million times, but have never been in as it's just a bit too far from my apartment. WOW. The burritos kick ass. The place is as barebones as any can get, which, I have to admit, I love, and the ladies behind the counter are as sweet as they come. My favorite part: the sour cream drizzled over the burritos. It's like creme fraiche. Mmmmmmm. Checkout these reviews on Yelp, but take my word for it and try for yourself.

3. Checkout Here Is Every. Four Decades of Contemporary Art @ MoMA. With work by some of my favorite artists, including major works by Matthew Barney, Nan Goldin, Paul McCarthy, Annette Messager, and Bruce Nauman, it's a must-see for anyone who's serious about art. The shows opens 09.10.08 and runs through 03.30.09.
