Engineered Garments + Den

It's really been two months since I wrote about the Common Projects pop-up shop at Den?! Wow.

Up next in the pop-up shop component of Odin's East Village outpost: Engineered Garments, which opened today.

"Engineered Garments took its brand name from a pattern maker hired to draft the first round of patterns. She claimed that the clothes were not designed engineered due to the vast amount of detailing involved in each garment. Influences and details from American sportswear, outdoor clothing, and military uniforms are all included in the collection and give Engineered Garments unique and practical detailing."

"Country Store / EG concept is based on Suzuki's idea of a Dry Goods Store - a good old memory of Americana, a quaint store everyone envisions out in the country perhaps on a small road, but has come to life in a big city, NYC."

Checkout Engineered Garments' site for more info and pics of the current and past collections. Their collection is amazing: from fit to fabric, the details will win you over.

See pics of the shop below. It's like going Upstate without having to cross 14th Street. Kinda dreamy, if you ask me.
