» Where are you now and what are you doing?
On a plane as usual coming from Africa heading home to New York finally after 3 weeks traveling. I am trying to type this while eating my steamed salmon.

» As a kid, who was your favorite artist? Who's your favorite artist now?
I didn't know art existed as a kid. I only had Michael Jackson and Madonna. Michael Jackson is still my favorite artist.

» If you had all the money and resources needed, what would you make?
I pretty much already do. I am trying to be modest with my means.

» Where do you get your haircut?
I cut it myself.

» What's your least favorite part of your job?
The torture of total freedom.

» When did you move to New York? Where did you live?
1998 The height of party fun in New York. I practically lived at The Tunnel and Twilo and Limelight. East Village of course. 3rd Street next to the Hell's Angel's Building.

» What's up with this Terence Koh faux site Koh Birdy? (I know it's not you b/c it's low budget design that looks cheap and lame, not hot and low-end like your site!)

I wear white boxers and don't often clean them.

Yes I needed 12 people to doggy me as a recreation of the Last Supper painting. Unfortunately, only two people volunteered.

» Artists are people who see the world differently than everyone else. For this reason, it's hard to connect with people. Have you ever found someone who really gets you? Or understands where you're coming from?
My boyfriend of 10 years Garrick is the closest person to get me. If someone got you as an artist, well really you are not an artist.
