Senor Nasty (Perez Hilton) is at it again. This time, he's picking on Mischa Barton for having cellulite.

This is coming from a guy who weighs close to 300 lbs and has man boobs. It doesn't make sense. How can a fat guy call a skinny girl fat, call her mom hefty, and think he's in a position to be passing such judgement.
