Check out the Fall/Winter 2010 women’s wear collection by American designer Tim Hamilton, whose menswear collection is one of our favorites.
Alongside men’s wear, Tim Hamilton launched his first women’s collection for the A/W ’09 season. The collection was shown during Paris Fashion Week in March 2009. The Tim Hamilton woman has a strong character. “She knows what she wants,” say Hamilton. This attitude is reflected through bold shapes, a minimal color palette, and an emphasis on textured patterns, all done while remaining feminine with an innate sense of elegance.
Hamilton has recently moved to Paris, but keeps an office in New York as well. Check out images from his Fall/Winter 2010 women’s line below. In case you missed our earlier post, check out his men’s collection from the same season. It was by far one of our favorites from that season. Once you see the images, you’ll know what we mean. Don’t forget to check out Hamilton’s site for more info and images of both his men’s and women’s collections.

Check out Tim Hamilton’s collection for Fall/Winter 2010. It’s an amazingly unique mix of preppy/classic type styles infused with super chic — kinda like a pile of LL Bean and J Crew pieces were put in the washing machine on the “shred and blend” cycle with a pile of clothes from Dior Homme and Rick Owens. The collection is incredibly wearable, but light years away from classic anything. In short, it’s hot.
