I was getting on the downtown 6 train last week and a guy standing next to me had on a pair of Philippe Model sneakers. They were so awesome. It reminded me how much I like this line and how cool their sneakers are.

Spring’s just around the corner (saying that never gets old) so it’s time to start looking for some non winter shoes. This pair of Washed Leather Lace Ups from Shoto are just what I’m looking for: they’re clearly well made and look awesome, but have a slightly distressed (washed!) look to the leather, are a medium brown (not too dark, not too light) and have what is currently the perfect sole.

I was never a fan of Diadora’s first time around, but this pair of “heritage” leather high tops looks way better than I remember the originals. With jeans, shorts, and at the gym. I guess I’ll have to get a few pairs so they don’t wear out too quickly.
