I was shopping around online last week and came across a cool menswear collection I’d not heard of before, but liked very much. Check out the Spring/Summer 2013 collection from Dutch designer Francisco van Benthum. The looks in the main image above best illustrate what I like — the sporty overall look and feel of pieces and the designer’s effortless knack for mixing very classic menswear styles with sporty colors, cut, and fabrics.

“The designer explores and stretches the borders of traditional men’s fashion and playing with its codes and restrictions. That is exactly what became his trademark; adding a contemporary twist to the classical form by re-interpretate and re-composing the outline and elements of the traditional menswear silhouette.
