It’s 6am and you’re still out at a club — which means you must live somewhere other than New York because there’s nowhere to stay until 6am any more here — and you see glimmers of sunlight here and there as other more sane people are leaving to go home and get some needed rest. We’ve all been there. So what do you do: follow the crowd and leave or stumble over to the vending machine and buy yourself a pair of $20 Nightshades by the ever inventive New York design duo Pleasure Principle?

Unfortunately, said vending machine doesn’t exist … yet … but if were up to Adrian and Diva, every club would have one and you’d be able to stay in denial about the fact that your night is kinda over and keep partying until the kick your sorry ass out and not a minute before.

Nightshades is the first in a series of ‘mini-brands’ where Pleasure Principle curate found objects and re-interpret them as fashion items. They are super minimal design, made of a plastic film that when un-rolled fit the contour of the face and are super light weight. On cloudy days, they can also be worn as a bracelet. And don’t think they’re only good for wearing inside, they have 100% UV protection, which makes them great during the day too.

Check out the pics below and order yourself a pair on the official site. If you want to check them out in person first, stop by Seven in New York or the Apartment in Berlin.
